First check your to field that its receiving proper email address. and also check weather the recipants have access rights to receive an email.

where ever you have used string encode them in "" and then it will work(for example in subject and message body)

I think your problem is in "To:" expression , focus on your expression and check does it return proper value.

Also, this issue may occur due to invalid email configurations of for the From input option.

So there are many aspects which might raise an issue while using this smart service, as there is no proper error message. So the best way to resolve this is, to debug this in multiple ways.

anuyag I agree, but it's always a best practice to enclose a string with in double quotes when it is hard coded.

This also defines the type of input for subject, for example if I mention the subject as 11111444 will you treat this as Text or an Integer? So someone else/designer is viewing your process, this should be understandable to them as well. However it's not required.

without putting the double quotes for string in subject line an email will be sent.

@Srinivas: AFAIK Here is not problem with Subject line and body text .
Problem with recipient list data , whatever we passed values those are not valid recipients and it might problem with from process field as @Alok said.
Can you please configure your user in toEmail field and run the process model with from process option then will come to know what exactly the issue.

Hi @srinivas you should input the subject as string, hence I suggest putting it within double quotes.

Also, you must be sure that, an email is configured for Process option for From field.

Also try enclosing double quotes for the body else make it dynamic using process variable
