Hi Kais,

In case you are getting errors, please post the error messages here.

Possible issues:

1. Datastore security is not set

2. Datastore is not published

Are you getting any error in the process flow? Please check the Monitoring.

Also, examine the UAT server logs in case you are not able to see any errors in the designer.

Just to confirm here, 4 of the workflows are correctly displaying data but only 1 is not? (vs none of them showing data)

Are you receiving any errors?

Can you pinpoint a certain part of the issue such as "A queryEntity() call to Datastore XYZ is returning empty" etc?

Verify the data stores are published and happy for that workflow?

You mention above that "in UAT database it is present", is this issue in Production after data was exported from Prod to UAT?

Hello Kais,

we have dumped data from PROD to UAT , there are 5 workflows in Appian and 4 workflows displays data as i can see process instances in that flows. Where as for 1 work flow data is not getting dispalyed and confugarations ,CDT's, Data store everything is same and nothing changed recently.

Can you suggest me idea

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not enough information you provided here.

For example:

Have you set up your (and tested the connection) of your Datasources correctly?

Is the Datastore configured accordingly?

What about the table names of the db/cdt's?

Please give some more background on what steps you have taken and what the errormessages are.
