So you did:

Check that DB table is empty
Run process
Check that DB table shows the data you just entered
Run process
Check situation again

While making sure that no other process is writing to this table! Again. Appian does not delete data from a Db table outside a!deleteFromDataStore or the Delete from Data Store process node.

can you run an instance and check the process details? Is there any way that you might be overwriting the same record over and over again by calling a query entity and storing it in the rule input from the interface?

Please check documentation about the proper config of a database node. Specifically the save into on INPUT and storedValues on OUTPUT.

Why do you think the data is deleted? Did you check the DB table?

Appian only deletes data from a DB table when there is a Delete from Datastore node. We need more details. Screenshot of model, configuration of the database node.

I am trying to store data of user with help of interface and process model. In process model I have given an xor for condition so when the condition satisfy the record will store in table. So when I enter the record it is going to database but the previously records get deleted .
