Shall we go to Integrations >> Certificates.
And check it is configured or not.

Hey Stefan,

How can we check whether the Certificate is configured correctly or not ?
But, I have one doubt it is working fine in DEV Environment and we have created the App in Development Environment by migrating it from On Premise Version.

I assume that the UAT Appian talks to a different system for calling this web service. Make sure that the respective certificates are set up correctly.
