Make sure conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT in custom.properties is correct. You may also have to check your hosts file in your computer or check your network configuration.

I too have the same issue, As per your suggestion ports numbers are same in both the files and still I am facing the problem, but I am able to access server using machine's IP address but not able to access with FQDN name.

Port 1804 looks unusual. Make sure you've edited your standalone.xml file to match that port (look for http within socket-binding-group > socket-binding.)
