Hi razvanc,
Please login to your Appian community. Go to training tab.
1) Select Access Digital Catalog
2)Scroll down to the bottom

You can find the Credential Exams:
1) Analyst Credential
2) Designer Credential &
3) Lead Designer Credential

After enrolling by paying desired amount , it would be available in your task list.

these days we do not get any attachment with the credential .. the credential you have to download from the academy where you did the registration.

If you want to get the certificate then at training tab after your exam is completed when you click on that exam credential at top you will find a button to "Download certificate" in Appian community.

A-Scores are refreshed weekly (hope the day of the week is inconsistent).
It will take a week for a credential to be reflected on the A-Score profile.
However, if it not, you can contact community@appian.com & credentials@appian.com

Once you get certified, you will be getting an email along with the attachment to your registered email id
