You can use Excel Tools plugin in place of Parse CSV Document Plugin. But excel tools also doesn't have an exact similar functionality to parse CSV documents so you might want to convert a .csv document to .xlsx format and then parse it. Take a look at the 'Import CSV to Database' smart service contained in the 'Excel Tools' plugin. You may be able to run this and then query the output into a CDT to accomplish your requirement.

Parse Excel to CDT smart service needs .xlsx format files as input and it cannot read a .csv file.
