There is no such option for the users by default to land on that page till they login to Appian but my scenario is they will be like a guest user. the scenario is like they will be entering like https://hdfcnetbanking.com in that it has some news feeds . once they click login it will be going to the lading page.

You can add landing page for users or groups in admin console.

Basically its like a Landing page for the guest user and after the authenticated user logs in I will be routing to Appian screens.
