ck0220 As per my understanding, we can have more than one Record Type with same name (Single and Plural as well), but internally it's UUID will be different. So i don't think, having same name for the Record Type is making any issue, but yes as per the error message it's targeting to RecordType name, not sure, if we can create multiple RecordType with same name then why such error is getting raise.

For R&D did you try doing the same in some other server?

My issue begins t Step #4. When I click "Create & edit", I get the error shown in my original post...there are no other record types that exist with this name and I am sure of it because I have created very specific record types, that even include my name.

Hi,

Add you record type in your application.

Your application>>add existing object>>record type

Type your record type and then click add to application

Also, the record types are shown in Tempo, but not in my application.

I'm now learning that the record types have been created, however, when I click the record link, I receive an error that says "The Requested Record Type Is Not Available
Unsupported record source type: null (APNX-1-4198-000)"

Has anyone ever received this issue?

Hi Chynnk,

Please check the record type name.
As per issue, the record type what you mentioned that is already exist.
