Thanks for inputs , but I am handling so many clicks and all the clicks are having some dependencies also.... so that's y I didn't go for constant approach

Hi,

As per my knowledge, better to use constant for every user click on the action ..u can just update the constant by 1..

I think it is better way instead of inserting every time into data base.

I would search for log monitoring tools for your Web server. Probably they let you export results to a database, from where you can bring them to Appian.

Is this something you could get from the Web server logs (assuming you have one)?
