Interesting...it looks like that option is gone now from the Admin console in v17.3. There is a dropdown called "Default Sign-In Page" now in the SAML configuration. This probably replaced it.

Hi, what checkbox would that be? I've seen another discussion thread reference a 'Use Identity Provider's login page' checkbox but can't find that on the SAML configuration pages in Admin console.

Mike,
In your Okta configuration, do you have "application tiles" in the Okta dashboard that will link to an Appian site?

We have set up OKTA with as SP initiated and it worked well. I do not think you should have any trouble doing IdP initiated from OKTA, make sure you select the checkbox on the SAML config page in Appian.

We have a set of users that are IDP initiated and those are the ones that need to access the site.

Hi gary ,

How are users signing into Appian ??Is it IDP intiated or SP intiated?? Hope its IDP intiated, in this case then add the users group to specific sites urls in Appian Admin console User Start page . Then on successful sign on users will be navigated to respective sites.
