Hey Jerry - I think we solved this on another thread - use {} around your type! to cast to an array.

I don't have any mismatch errors, it's just returning one dictionary from the datasubset, instead of returning all of them when the cast is applied that's all.

Use like this---
cast(typeof(type!Typeofyourcdt),local!value)

Hi,

When you are trying to cast to a type(cdt) make sure that the structure of both is same and having same datatype in the same order. Otherwise you will get cast mismatching errors. If you can provide the sample code we will be able to pin pint exactly where the problem is in your code.

AFAIK local!value has what type of data whether it has CDT Fields values or not . if it is yes for simple testing purpose find the CDT Type number and pass to cast function. Ex: cast(103,local!value)

Are you passing the first parameter for the cast using the type! like this ? cast('type!{www.appian.com/.../SucursalesWS}NewDataSet', local!value)
