As far as Process Model's go, you can generate the documentation for the different versions of the PM's and then you can use a diff checking tool to compare the different versions and see what has been changed in the PM.

Thanks Chaitanya!

Currently we have upgraded Prod env to 16.3 .
No plans to update to higher version soon.
So need to doCode version/merging , build and deployment release management with 16.3 version.

if you want to update Appian version 17.3 you must be on version 16.2 or higher,
if you want to update Appian version 17.2 you must be on version 7.11 or higher,
if you want to update Appian version 16.2 you must be on version 7.7 or higher,

present you are in 7.10 so,update Appian to 16.2 after then to 17.3

in below link you can find the Appian Releases,click particular release (17.3,17.2,...)>>Release Information>>Update Guide
their you can find the necessary steps to update Appian.

It might be helpful to take a look at docs.appian.com/.../Inspect_Package.html . The most recent update of Appian includes conflict detection for many objects (to show you which objects have changed, and where there might be "merge" conflicts.)
