Hi Ramesh,

Apart form what Jamal Case mentioned, Another thing to look for the number of maximum users set up in your server to broadcast notifications.
This value is set in to conf.notifications.MAX_RECIPIENTS. If you are assigning the task to a group or number of users which is exceeding the defined limit , Appian will stop broadcasting the email to the recipients and add a line to your Application logs something similar to below message.

(Appian Work Item - 1711871 - ProcessExec01 : SendNotificationRequest) 2017-09-04 15:33:16,191 [Appian Work Item - 1711871 - ProcessExec01 : SendNotificationRequest] WARN com.appiancorp.ap2.service.PortalNotificationServiceJavaImpl - A notification broadcast has been prevented because the number of recipients [191] would exceed the configured limit of [100]. Adjust conf.notifications.MAX_RECIPIENTS to a value greater than [100] as necessary for future notifications.

Please check the service log file for similar message so that you can identify the issue and also check what is the value set for maximum recipients.

Can you check the admin console under the INTEGRATION tab and make sure that your emails are configured properly.
