I suugest try in other browsers and also clear the history & cache of current browser and close it and than try by opening new window

this could be an issue due to Cache, try clearing the cache.

Try to Press Ctrl+0 to set the zoom percentage in your browser back to default 100%.
The left pane of the runtime data interface can sometimes display incorrectly in Internet Explore at higher zoom percentages.
Also did you test other browsers as suggested by Shyam Bommakanti ?

If possible clear the temp folder of your server system. Then also not working, restart the server. Let me know, if this works. Thank you.

Try clearing the browser cache. Also, try using Firefox private or Chrome Incognito mode.
