Hi Nagavenkat,

As Aaron and Aloks mentioned check the active task instances and user permissions. Most of the time it happens when task is canceled or that task is completed by another user while he open the task. It is also happens if there is any exception timer.

Adding to @Aaron this scenario can also appear when this particular process instance is open in edit mode, make sure while user is acting on the task/ task is active, any production support team is not editing the process else this can also cause this error

When this pink box appears, it means something has caused the task to no longer be avaliable to the user. This can be for a number of reasons:
The process has ended or been killed.
The user does not have the correct permissions to view the task, interface or process.
The task has already been completed or otherwise removed.

It is likely that you will be able to reproduce the error in a lower environment by using a user with the same permissions rather than an admin user. If you are unable to do so the process logs from prod will likely show that the task/process has been ended or completed.

Look at the process instances to see what is going on...either tasks are being completed by someone else, process instance is being canceled, or the node may have an exception timer that is triggering.
