For basic users, Pass the document for which the version needs to be increased as the "target" parameter for a file upload field in a form.

 target:ri!documentToIncreaseVersion
 /*OTHER PARAMETERS AS USUAL*/
)

For admins, select the document in /design (18.1) or /designer (below 18.1) and use New Version link to upload the new version.
