Hi issotiyo pbs0001,

As per the new feature made in 18.2 , while viewing the documentation of a particular process model, labels are missing between node to node, i think they have missed to implement. But while printing, swim lane title remains same and element position is also not changing, can you please check once.

AFAIK, this is Appian default behaviour, we cannot see connector labels in Generate Documentation.
