Hi,
There is a log file that contains the application UUID, object UUID, object type, and object name. You could potentially use this for segregating objects by UUID.

The only problem is that interfaces will be shown as expression rules.

The log file is hc-application-objects.csv

Now you can search objects directly if you are using 18+ version.

Hi Soujanya,

You can search for any objects by their ID, UUID, name or Description or By expression, this feature is available in 18.x versions.

Pasting UUID from export file on search box will tell you whether its constant or rule.

In export file if type=32 and subtype=0 then it is a constant. to differenciate between Interface and rule, I am trying to find out the key :)

Hi, what is your end goal here? If you just need to know how the list of objects by type, you could probably grep the XML of your export for this.

You can get to know the objects by directly searching the UUID in objects search. From 18+ version, we have a specific option to search by choosing 'search UUID and ID'. Please have a look at this -
