Hi Piyush,
Central Standard Time (CST) is 6 hours behind UTC.During summer most of the zone uses daylight saving time (DST), and changes to Central Daylight Time (CDT) which is 5 hours behind UTC. Kindly ask user to check if user's mailbox is configured @ CDT or CST.

You need to verify the time and timezone of user in his inbox. It might be very simple that his mailbox timezone and PM timezone is different and when mail is being received by him, it will be transformed to his timezone which might be hour behind to PM timezone.

Hello Piyush,

Take a look at the Timezone configuration. I notices few upgrades ago the behavior changed with the "default" timezones So I need to override the timezone in the process.

Have you tried to set to the main process an specific Time zone? America/Chicago or CDT2CDT?

We faced a similar issue, but the issue was for all the users, the solution was that the batch which needs to run after Daylight savings was not executed. Please check in these lines

Hi Piyush,

Whether the email node is in a sub-process? If yes, then in the general properties of the main process model and the sub-process model of the email node needs to be checked with the Over-ride Initiator's Timezone option and the CST Timezone needs to be given in the main model.

Hi Piyush,

Is the user's email calendar in CST Zone?? If you are getting the mail from process model with the correct timing, i would suggest you to send mail to that particular user manually and check the time difference to find out if the issue is with that user's email calendar.

environment is on cloud and cloud is set up with default time zone for all users. User can not override the time zone.

So, whoever is starting that process, is his environment in CST too? AFAIK, that should determine that date value.

another strange thing when i am showing this PV in user task then it is reflecting correct date & time.
