Hi Sonak,

you also need to provide cdt in Output tab within Data tab. is this configured?
If possible provide the screen shot of smart service configuration.

Yes I am using "Parse Excel to CDT" Smart Service.
I tried this approach, but the CDT holds blank
[employeeName=, employeeDesignation=], [employeeName=, employeeDesignation=]

Are you using Parse Excel to CDT" Smart Service?
If Yes, please read your excel from row 2 (Row Number To Read From-2) and type cast the CDT to {'type!{urn:com:appian:types}PI_employeeDetails'()}

It will ignore column heading. Thanks
