I have requests available in database and i need to fetch the count of status based upon the data ("Open","In-Progress", "Closed"). So i am using query aggregation function and fetching the count. But now i have fetch the delta value based upon dates

RE: Fetching Count of Status from DB

Hi Krishna,
You can get all the data using a query rule. and then create another expression rule with the required inputs and functionality to get the results as desired.
Thanks,

That can be achieved but it is tricky. So I would suggest better to go and implement some stuff at database side like SP,...

RE: Fetching Count of Status from DB

Hi Shanmukh,

As per your suggestion i am going to create a view or SP only to fetch the data but i just want to know if there is any alternative to fetch the data by using query aggregation or any other method with good performance.

Thanks for the help

RE: Fetching Count of Status from DB

Hi KrishnaP,
SP is the best way to achieve this.

For your requirement, as suggested by others
1. Create a view and write a logic for status counts in View itself
2. One query entity(1 call) to fetch and show the result.

Thanks
Why don't you create a SP for this which runs on server and gives you the quick results with one call?!...
