Hi,
Can you check your A-score. A score will be increased by 30 points if your credential is updated in appian database. If it is, obtaining a certificate is easy, you can just email to the support team or directly download in your academy profile. But if its not in database, you need to contact technical team and see if they can solve your issue.

As fellow practitioner, follow the same procedure, still if you didn't find it, Raise a request to Appian Support at credentials@appian.com by describing the issue , so you can definitely find a solution.

You can download it from the Acadamy Dashboard as well.

Go to https://academy.appian.com/
Go to Dashboard-> Courses (There you can see list of completed courses along with certifications so you can download it from there. You can Badge symbol where you can click on it).
