Just to add on to Hema's suggestion - if you are using downloaddatasubset link and you want filtered data to be exported then you will have to pass the applied filters to input named process variable as process parameter and write logic to apply filters in process model.

Please refer to the documentation here. But, there are some limitations of using this plugin. If the data to export is more, timeout occurs.

You can use "Export Data Store Entity to Excel Smart Service" or "Export Multiple Data Store Entities to Excel or CSV" Smart Services.
