I found this in the discussions when i was going through the related answers for your question :

Open a enhancement ticket to support team the same way you open technical support cases, with Low priority. Support will mark the enhancement and provide you with an internal ticket number that you can then track in the future release notes.

Hi Ranjith,

It could be an issue with search server as the search server to experience an issue indexing the News Posts.

Please check if you see any errors in search-server-replication.log file

It happened with our environments so Appian suggested to

1. Stop the Appian JBoss and Search Server
2. Take backup for safety and then Delete the <APPIAN_HOME>/_admin/search_local/ directory
3. Start Search Server and JBoss again.
