Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes emails send via process model as a sender treated as Spam mails.

Hi jaganc,

Please check with your appian adminstrator ,,are they give outgoing mail server access.

In appian, we have internal and external mail server access settings.

Please check with them once.

For sending email to personal email recipients, you can use the function toemailaddress() in setup tab.

In general the only restriction (enforced by Appian) is that emails go to a valid email address. Any other restrictions would probably be from your outgoing mail server, not Appian in particular.
