Hi Everyone,

We are using embedded interfaces for accessing Appian forms in external site(Public). Can we authorize the request making to Appian every time with a single user instead of asking the user to login?

Try these steps below its on IIS

1. Selcect the application on system tray / IIS server and open the config file. (Path : C:\Users\XXXXX\Documents\Visual Studio 2015\Projects\<projectname>\.vs\config\applicationhost.config) and insert below code under httpprotocol

thanks for the understanding. yes have given the complete address in embedded interfaces under the admin console.

Tried on Firefox as well but it will only run if there is an extension.

I am trying to embed reports and records.

It's fine I can understand. Have you given the complete IP address with the port number in the Embedded Interfaces in Admin console. And did you try to test it in all the web browsers and check if it solves the issue and one more thing, what exactly that you are trying to embed?

I am using on-premise Appian . I am unable to share the code, but I am suspecting its due to some CORS issue.

are you using on-premise or cloud Appian? If possible can you please paste that code and the configuration here by hiding (blur) your IP addresses?

Will you please try deploy the third party web application in your local Apache server and the give your local IP address in the Appian admin console under embedded interface

1) I tried added third party URL under admin console > embedded interfaces but still I am unable to connect.

Hi,

#1: In the Admin Console, under Embedded Interfaces -> Add your third party URL
#2: Yes Appian createIframe automatically, there is no other way, you need to authenticate using SSO or others like LDAP.
