Hello Robert Shankin

As per my use case, Appian interface interaction has to be minimum. The email trigger is send from the PM and we use site. All user would not have appian access.

What's your use case?

If you want to manage a portion of a survey process in Appian, why not send the survey (i.e. the "vote") out to your users with an Appian user input task? That way, capturing the results and acting on them would be an easy design task.
