What about auto-creating a private group (using the Create Custom Group smart service), and adding it to "Tempo Message Audience Groups"? That way users will be able to post private messages to the group and collaborate on those.

Yep I understand that. I was hoping that i could create a small process model that would allow a user to create a unique project feed.

creating a Feed is a design time activity by designer only. there is no smart service to create Feed
