I think there is field mismatch, while setting the value to CDT field you have to use field "ReasonText" as per CDT. Please see below highlighted field names from your screenshot

I tried both cases and doesnt work, because {local!test} give me a Text and not list of Text, and cast() how you put type Text?

You can just add braces around your local variable to convert that to list like

load(
local!test:"Hello",
{local!test}
)

Else, you can also use cast function to cast that local variable to list of text like

load(
local!test:"Hello",
cast(typeof({""}),local!test)
)
