If you're not interested in the content but just the .msg file, you might want to try forwarding that email as an attachment to another mailbox. In this way, if you intercept the latter mailbox, you will get the .msg file. But remember, it won't contain the contents.

Hi,
As far as I know, this is not possible in Appian.
But you can recreate the email as an HTML file to mimic what the email had by extracting each part of the email and show it on the dashboard.
