 I have a workflow with multiple chained tasks for the same user. The process is splitted into multiple subprocesses and works fine using subprocesses. What you have described is expected behavior because the process starts Asynchronously; activity chaining is only followed for Synchronous Sub-Processes.&amp;nbsp;In general I agree with using the start process smart service for load balancing, but it may be fine in this case to use a standard sub-process node.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
