Thanks for the reply.

Some how we lost one of the documents folder where as folder id we kept in business table. to restore it we need the folder with same id.There is a data correction at business table with new folder id but that will take some time.As an immediate solution we are looking for to create the folder with own id.

The answer is pretty much "no". The id a folder (or, uploaded document) gets is pretty much entirely dependent on what content object IDs are already in use in that particular environment.
