To better help you, Can you tell which versions you are currently using? On premise or cloud?

I need more information around this error.

I'm getting similar error.

The WSDL cannot be processed because the remote server's certificate is invalid. Check that the certificate has not expired. (APNX-1-4045-005)

So a valid certificate needs to be installed in the remote server where the wsdl is hosted?

The link that you shared above is not taking me to additional details.

Based on the documentation importing it will still not help:

"Currently, the Call Web-Service node does not support Web-services calls that require client certificate authentication.
forum.appian.com/.../Call_Web_Service_Smart_Service

A TransportBinding assertion requiring a client certificate is not supported. Web service security settings must allow username, password, and/or domain authentication.

Unfortunately its not a matter of being able to see the WSDL. Is there a certificate error on the browser? If not, your Appian server may need add this certificate to its keystore.
