You need to have this email address set up in the mail server of your company. This is not done in Appian.

Thanks for replying.. Can you let me know how can i configure as no-reply.. I mean i am able to configure everything but am not able to figure out ... If someone is replying back to that email id then that mail should not be delivered instead it should be bounced back to the one who tried to send mail stating that "you cannot reply to this mail id".

I think that an email without a sender would not be accepted by any email system. I suggest to go the same way es everybody else and use a no-reply address.
