What do you mean by not returning anything? You use it in an interface and it does not work? You can't see it in Interface Designer?

As I mentioned before, this plugin was developed by an external party and consequently that external party will be the best contact to reach out to in order to answer your questions.

I would post a comment in the AppMarket entry (https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/temasys-skylink-real-time-communications) explaining your use case, infrastructure and current issues.

In the meantime, were you able to detect anything in the logs? tomcat-stdOut log can provide useful information

yes its in my plugin list in admin console.

but the component did not return anything.

Is it installed correctly in your On-Premise environment? Can you see the plugin in your plugins list in the Admin Console?

ok, I have two environment.

one cloud Appian environment, it worked on it correctly.

and premise environment, not worked here

I'm assuming you are referring to the Temasys Skylink Real-Time Communications Component (https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/temasys-skylink-real-time-communications#).

This is a plugin developed by an external party that needs to be installed in order to be used. It's not an Appian OOTB feature. You'll need to install that plugin in your infrastructure in order to use that component
