There isn't a plain "time field" due to the reasons I mention above, but you could always just give the user a pair of dropdowns (that is, one for the hour value and one for the minute value), with the minute values in whatever granularity you'd like to allow (i.e. an entry for every minute, or for every 5 or 10 minutes, etc).

I don't want to type time value as text. I want to select it as timefield.

"Time Only" is tricky since it's hard to store it as data without a date to put it into context.

What's your use case? Why not just save a text value, for example?
