Hi Stefan, I have a same case. But i verified it is not a quick task . But somehow the task is not assigned and even the form is not opening. Not able to reassign also. It got stuck. This is happening only for few of the instances not all.

I disabled the "Quick Task" , but it comes automatically on every new process. Have a look at the following screenshots:

You made it a "Quick Task". Disable that feature and it will work as expected.

Viewing a Process in Monitor Mode

To access Monitor mode for a process instance:

Navigate to the Monitoring view in Appian Designer or an application view.
Locate the process instance that you want to monitor.
Click on the Name link.
The process instance opens in Monitor mode in the Process Modeler. The current status of the flow objects are displayed.

In that list, the number of active tasks is zero. Do you have a screenshot of the process instance?

There is no error with the process. Only that the Task doesn't show in the Tempo after the Task has been assigned and neither is the assignee notified of the Task.

OK. Does the process show any errors? Can you open the form from process monitoring? Can you post a screenshot of the active process instance showing this issue?

Need more details. Check the task instance. How does actual assignment look like? Are you in the list of assignees/groups? By any chance, did you open the "Edit View" in modeler? If yes, then the process is paused and tasks are not visible.
