Probably what happened is that the other record types you have created all exist, you just don't have access to them. Can you add yourself as a member of the SPX Admins group? If you do, you should see the earlier ones you created.

Thanks Acacio, it works! I already know what happened.

I copied exactly what was mentioned and presented in the tutorial and made it look like this:

But originally, it looks like this on my side.

I retained it originally and click Save and it finally redirect me to record type designer. Thanks for your help! :)

Well at least now you know that your record was not created, so just create a new one and give another goal.

Tried it again and my added record type did not appear. I created a record type "Launch" as indicated in the tutorial video. can't seem to find my added record type. Thanks for your help, Acacio.

You still inside the application,

Click the Application name on the top left of the page, than you should see a screen similar to the screenshot below:

There you apply your record field

Thanks Acacio! I tried it again but it is still the same. My added record type was successfully saved as prompted but it did not appear in my application. I did the filtering as well.

Hi there,

Based on the picture 2 you dont have an record created, perhaps you have created your record out of the Space X application, just go to global objects and try to filter by Record Type, otherwise, create a new one inside your current application.
