Did you not see the account as locked out in the admin console? If not you could try checking the stdout logs - pretty much everything important mention something in that log.

In the Admin Console, click on the profile you want to check to open the dialog with the user details. If you are locked out, you will see a message in the bottom of the dialog along with a link / button to unlock the user.

Thanks. i have another Admin account with me. can you please help me how to check is my account locked out?

Is it possible your account is locked out? If you try an invalid password too many times, you account can become locked. I believe it eventually will unlock automatically, but you can also have another system administrator check your account to see if it is locked from the admin console.
