If you go to the Support tab at the top of this page or https://community.appian.com/support/ you should see a button at the bottom to open a support case. Keep in mind that not all users will be able to submit a support case - you might need to reach out to your support contact for your organization in order to create a new case.

I see, it is most noticeable in the file upload component, how can open a ticket with appian support?

Is it only issues with file upload or are you noticing other slowdown on your site? Regardless, it may be worth opening a ticket with Appian Support.
