&lt;p&gt;Have a look in this the thread below, there is a DOCX template sample there, and some explanation about the document generation, if you still have questions let me know.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just for your information, you not necessary need to create a DOCX to have a dynamic table in your document, for instance, you can direct create the PDF using the Dynamic Document Generator (PDF from XSL-FO Transformation), there are some threads with example for this method as well.&lt;/p&gt;
