Thanks a lot for the info Sathya, Yes We have deployed the JAR file and have Sharepoint smart services to get and send files to sharepoint in our appian pallet. It will be great if you could provide answers to the below questions.
1. What is minimum version of SP can be integrated with Appian (Standard vs Enterprise)
2. How do you save file on SP? Library/Folder structure. Can structure be created by Appian API’s?

There are two aspect to the SS. One is that you deploy the SharePoint plugin JAR file and you'll see new SharePoint Smart Services in your designer palette allowing you to push and pull documents from SharePoint. The configuration here is straight-forward -defined at the Data-->Input of the smart service.
The second one (not sure if this is also of interest to you) is the WebParts that you can deploy in SharePoint that would allow you to expose Appian within SharePoint.
In short, based on your message, I'd start with deploying the plug-in JAR file so you get the smart services in your Process Modeler for use.
