OK. Understood. Thanks for the clarification.

In general you cannot trigger any Appian activities from a link in an email. And I also think that you cannot control what any email application is doing when you click a link.

While I understand the issue also from personal experience, I have no good idea how to solve that.

Sorry for that.

We send an email to a customer to our portal with his login information (user and password). When the user click the link in their mobile, it's open like this

As you can see, the page is opened in the same tab as the gmail app, so if the user wants to see his login information, he has to click in Done and click the link again. This is not user friendly, and our customers are not using the solution because of that.

What we want is to open the link send in the email with another browser or ask the customer wich browser he want to use.

If is not possible in the email, we could use a start process link or something like this in the application to force the user to open a link in the browser instead of the way i show in the image.

Is it more clear now? Overall, what we want is to open in a way or another the page in a browser instead of gmail application.

Wow ... I must be missing something. Can you explain that in a different way? Maybe some screenshots. It is really hard to follow.
