The workaround is to play these videos on Mac (Safari).

Changing to other Windows machines didn't work.

Problem persists. Mine stops quite randomly, but below 4 mins.

I have been doing what I can (i.e. restart, clearing cache, use different browser (Chrome, Edge, IE)). Nothing works. Please help.

I have the same problem, along with others in my team. For me, everything stops at the 2min mark.
I thought it was our own network until I've seen this.

Hi there,

Not the playback issue but I faced a problem with the audio where the audio stops playing in between. Anyway, if it is happening with all the videos, you can write an email to the community or raise a support ticket for the same.
