Expression rules have a specific purpose. like "calculating date", "update data" etc
-> what is your requirement that you try to create new rules (so new calcualtion logic) or try update older ones?

To use a rule for different inputs you just need to design your expression rule accordingly.

If the user sets specific values in the interface, it would be nice if the rules were created through the process.
