&lt;pre&gt;&lt;span&gt;When &lt;/span&gt;I populate field &amp;quot;&amp;lt;string&amp;gt;&amp;quot; with &amp;quot;&amp;lt;string&amp;gt;&amp;quot; for text fields. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For radio buttons you would use the same thing with the the first parameter being the radio alt-text and the second being the option.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keep in mind that if you have multiple radio buttons such as multiple &amp;quot;yes/no&amp;quot; you would also need to define the index such as &amp;quot;When I populate field &amp;quot;radio button[2]&amp;quot; with &amp;quot;yes&amp;quot;&lt;/pre&gt;
