But it won't allow you to open this page from the outside. Only from the Appian main window we can open the monitoring tab.

Hey, In the email you can create a link by using Anchor tag. in the tag you have to provide the link which will be like the below.

xyz.appiancloud.com/.../startdesigner.none

In the above link you have to send out the process id for which they want to monitor it. i used 536877717 but you can pass process id dynamically by using process variables if it is the parent process or by using pp!id if it is current process.

there is an requirement where link will be attached to Email.which will redirect to process monitoring . is there any function to get that link ?

(just to add this is not business requirement, this is for developers as we have an integration in process model , if integration fails we have created retry mechanism which retries for 3 times on its own by using timer... after 3 times also if it fails email is getting send to Administrators)

so in that email i just wanted to add link which redirect them to process monitoring

What do you mean with "process activity"? A task? If yes, task URL are always environment depending.

Can you explain your use case in more detail?
