The ones that should appear on Data > Inputs are:

- Data Source Name: value should be like jdbc/AppianDS

- Procedure Name: case sensitive name of your stored proc to call

- Pause on Error: True/False

- Ru Validation: True/False

Then you need to add any IN / OUT parameters - in order and case sensitive

This is a plugin that can be found in the Shared Components record. Go to Records --> Shared Components --> Execute Stored Procedure. There you will find the documentation for this node.
