If you need more than 4k characters, then you need to use a non-synced record or queryEntity. I would try the first option to stay with the more modern approach.

What will be the solution for this? Should I fetch data from database using Query Entity or is there any better solution?

I see two issues here. First, the RichTextEditor stores HTML to the DB. That might, or might not be displayed correctly. The other issue is the limitation of synced records to a maximum of 4000 characters for text fields.

I think rich text we use only for display the data. not for save the data. or can u pls elaborate your use case.
